SUMMARY:

As a Pilates Instructor Trainer, you will be responsible for planning and conducting comprehensive, high-quality Pilates training sessions, offering guidance to participants, ensuring safety regulations are adhered to, and assisting clients in achieving their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Pilates method, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting Pilates training sessions for individuals or groups
  • Monitoring participant performance and providing feedback
  • Ensuring the safety of clients during training sessions
  • Maintaining professional knowledge and continuing education through workshops and training courses
  • Providing guidance on health and fitness to participants
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and studio
  • Communicating effectively with clients and management, including reporting any accidents, injuries, or equipment damage

Mandatory Certifications

  • Previous work experience as a Pilates instructor trainer preferred.
  • Certified in Pilates instruction from a recognized institution.
  • Deep understanding of the Pilates method and its fitness benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to demonstrate and explain complex movements accurately
  • High degree of flexibility, strength, and fitness

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Shifts vary, but may include early mornings, nights, and weekends. This position works a varied work week as determined by the needs required to manage operations.

Monday to Friday (Day shift and Night shift)

Maybe weekends

Education and Experience

Minimum one year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is preferred..

Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate Pilates skills.

Ability to work independently and possess energy and enthusiasm.

Ability to positively interact with the public.
